Cookie Policy

Last updated Oct 15, 2026

The parsedmail.com service uses only essential cookies: the ones needed to keep you signed in, protect forms against forged requests and remember a few preferences. It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let the site recognize the same browser between page loads, for example to keep you signed in. Similar technologies such as local storage are covered by this policy in the same way.

Cookies we set

CookiePurposeDuration
parsedmail_sessionSession cookie that keeps you signed in and holds the state of the page you are onUntil the session ends, at most 4 hours of inactivity
XSRF-TOKENProtects forms and requests against cross-site request forgerySame as the session
remember_web_...Set only when you tick "Keep me logged in", so you stay signed in on this browserUp to 400 days or until you sign out

What we do not use

  • No analytics cookies.
  • No advertising or retargeting cookies and no tracking pixels.
  • No social media cookies or share buttons.
  • No cookies for profiling or selling data.

When you pay for a plan, the payment page is run by our payment operator, which may set its own strictly necessary cookies for fraud prevention on its own pages.

Why there is no consent banner

Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under the ePrivacy rules, because the service cannot work without them. Since these are the only cookies we use, the site does not show a cookie consent banner. If we ever add cookies that need consent, we will ask for it before setting them and update this policy.

How to control cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the session or XSRF-TOKEN cookies will stop you from signing in and using the dashboard, while the public pages keep working. Signing out removes the "Keep me logged in" cookie.
