FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free plan?

No. The demo on the homepage is free and needs no account, and every confirmed account gets a one-time sandbox of 10 emails. Plans start at $24 a month billed yearly.

What counts as an email?

Every email that is parsed counts once. Duplicates caught by Message-ID or content, emails from blocked senders, forwarding confirmations and replays of an already parsed email do not count.

What counts as a page?

Each page of a PDF attachment, and roughly every 3,000 characters of a text or CSV attachment, counts as one page. Logos and signature images are skipped and never counted.

What happens at the limit?

Parsing pauses until the next period, emails are still stored, and you get an email at 80 percent. Moving to a higher plan is one click; the difference is charged pro rata and the new limit applies right away.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes, and it costs half: $24, $74 or $249 a month billed yearly instead of $49, $149 or $499 monthly.

Do you offer refunds?

Payments are final, as described in the refund policy. Use the demo and the sandbox to try your own emails before you pay.

Do you send invoices?

Yes. Every payment comes with an invoice in the billing portal, where you can also add a tax ID and change the card.
